Server error: '550 5.7.1 Relaying denied. IP name possibly forged

I am having trouble sending emails from my MS Outlook

This is the message I get:

Server error: '550 5.7.1 Relaying denied. IP name possibly forged

Any suggestions as to how to fix the problem, please?
