Service Termination for account number 6189411

I would like to terminate my TPG service for my account 6189411.
I received a reply yesterday regarding my request. The moderator asked me to use personal message link. Unfortunately, the link bring me to the ‘private message’ guidelines and it does not guide me at all. Very frustrating and poor service.
So, my request is simple, I would like to terminate my account with TPG as I am moving inter county.
