Hi, I am trying to set up a slave email address on my account but when I do it says " mailbox creation is currently unavailable, please call our help desk". I have called the help desk several times but have been waiting for over 30 minutes before being redirected to another line where I was waiting for another 20 mins with no answer before I gave up and ended the call. Is there a way I can create a slave email address to my account online ?
