TPG MyAccount Password Recover Failure

Hi,

I have forgotten my password to log-in into MyAccount. I tried to reset it via https://account.tpg.com.au/reset-password. After entering my phone number and post code, I'm getting the following message:

 
"Reset Password Link Sent
Success!
A Password Reset link has been sent to the mobile number...."
 
But unfortunately, no message is sent to my phone!
