How to check the balance of my mobile usage?
I need to know both the data balance and the value balance, especially I make international calls a lot.
I received TPG message, telling me that from 20/03/2021, for no extra cost, my included data will be 2GB/month, please let me know what are the other options to upgrade my mobile plan.
My home phone used to have $180 for international calls, but once we installed NBN, we don't know why, we can't make international calls.

To check your mobile service, track its usage and remaining balance, you may login to TPG My Account. We have created these articles which may help with your concern.
