Terrible service!! Internet disconnected!!

Terrible service!!
NBN Internet disconnected all the time, reported the issue many many times still no improvement! Raised the cancellation request, supposed to be canceled on 17 November. But TPG cut my network today without any notification!! How annoying!! Long waiting time for the hotline. Don’t stay with TPG. Such a nightmare!!
