Attached is what I posted for cancelling my account (ID: 4314313) on 15/04/2020. But I still haven't heard anything from your office and I have no way to reach your staff despite that I have tried numerous times to ring your office. Please cancel my account immediately as of 15/04/2020 and don't charge me anymore.
