Tpg debited $108 instead of $59.99

Hi there,
My account has been auto debited by $108.
I'm on $59.99 plan so it should debit this amount only. When i see my recent invoice, it states invoice amount of $59 so clearly my money has been overdrawn by tpg.
I require a quick fix for this issue by tpg and excess money refunded back to my bank account.
