Hi there,
I am trying to access my old TPG invoices between May 2023-December 2023 for my mobile service with TPG, however I ported out from TPG to a different provider in December 2023 and no longer have access to my TPG account.
I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer support to try gain access to my account in order for me to download the invoices, however we weren't successful in doing so.
May I please ask how to go about obtaining these invoices? I require them to provide as proof of residence for a different urgent matter.
