I was advised to contact the Privacy team regarding an issue adding details to my account. My email is rejected by the email address I was provided (privacy@tpg.com.au). Essentially, I cannot update my date-of-birth associated with my account as the option literally isn't available to me in the 'My Account' section. I've tried multiple browsers with no luck. I need this updated so I can activate a SIM card, I'm still being double-charged by my previous provider and TPG while this is unresolved.
Could someone please provide me with a means of contacting the Privacy team to resolve this issue?
