Unable to log into account dashboard

Hi,

 

I'm unable to log into my account dashboard. When I attempt to log in, I get a page saying "Something has gone wrong. You will be redirected to the homepage. Please try again later." and then get re-directed back to the login page again.

 

I've rang the support helpline and did 2 password resets and it managed to log in for about 10 minutes. After hanging up and attempting to log in again, I'm back to getting the same error message. This is getting really

frustrating. 

 

I have:

 

1) Tried 3 different browsers

2) Cleared browser cache and restarted browser.

3) Reset Password twice

 

Does anyone know what is going on?

Hi, it has been 6 days and I'm still unable to log into my account. I've only received 1 PM from the mod to say their team is looking into it and nothing else.
