Unacceptable....... 4+ Hour Hold Times

WOW.......TPG (CEO-David TEOH) you should be ashamed!

Rang on 13May at 4.30pm waited for 3+ Hours to get through and discuss my NBN drop out on a raised ticket number

Rang again 14th May at 1.15pm and are still on hold after 4 hours!

 

I dare you 'CEO' to ring customer support one day. 

 

Pathetic!
