Hi,
I'm currently overseas and my debit card has been cancelled by my bank (because of security issues). Now TPG is not able to direct debit for my internet at home. I am not able to log into my account as I do not know my password. When I attempt to reset my password it wants to authorize via my mobile number - which I'm not able to access as I'm overseas. So essentially; how do I update my card details? Can I get authorisation via my email address instead?
Eager to get advice ASAP so the service is not cancelled.
