I tried to update mobile number and every time when I click Update Deatils Now, the mobile number changed back to the old one. Could someone please help?

To update your mobile number on file, please send an email to privacy@tpgtelecom.com.au with the following info:
Subject Line - Confirm ID - [Customer ID or Username]
Customers Full Name
Customers Account Number
Requested information to be changed (DOB, email, numbers listed)
Copy of Photo ID - Either Australian Drivers Licence, Australian Passport, International Passport or Government Issued Proof of Age/Photo Card
Selfie of customer holding the same ID next to their face
The Privacy team will then review the documents and will write back to you to confirm if the ID check was successful.
