Update cc

I require someone to call me ASAP as you have disconnected my mob ph today . I went online to change my cc details as my cc was stolen and it failed to work after numerous attempts . I then placed a call today at lunchtime only to be told I would receive a call back within the hr . It’s nitw been 4 hrs . I require a call ASAP please to quickly rectify this .
