Have you set up the visual voicemail on your iPhone properly? If not, can you please do so by dialing 1217. A recorded message will confirm that the Visual Voicemail has been switched on. Let me know how it goes.

when i dial 1217 it doesn’t even ring it automatically hangs up on me
