I have a new provider and no one from TPG has gotten back to me over the past week, desite my effort to chat with someone. I am extremely unhappy with the service and would like this to be discontinued.

The service is worst, I am a customer with tpg since 10 years. I moved house on 8th of April and requested to tpg for moving home. I can’t hold them either phone or online. They are charging me for their service. I want to disconnect the service right now.
