I have received scam emails claiming to be from TPG claiming an inability to process latest payment. This is a fake. Do NOT click on any links in such emails as they are usually some kind of phishing exercise to grab personal and credit card information.
TIP. check where the email is from and return email address. This one was from noreply@online.telstra.com so obviously not a TPG email.
