I have just received two emails with the subject "NBN cancellation confirmation (username *******)" informing me that my NBN service has been cancelled.
How can this happen?
I have not requested my account to be terminated, the only recent activity I have made is to accept the transfer to TMC of my TPG email address.
I have a landline and I do not want to lose that number, either.

Allow me to assess your account and determine as to what has triggered the cancellation. Send me a PM with your TPG customer ID or username please.
