Why i can't log into my account

Hi, i can't log into my account to pay my bill,  i can receive temporary password by sms but still can't login. Please help. Thanks.

What error message do you get when trying to log-in? Are you using the username or the account number? Could you shoot us a PM with your details to better understand the situation.
