Why is it so difficult to cancel my line online and why are you charging me $1 a month

My account is [deleted] and the mobile number I have is [deleted] which has been inactive for more than a year, I have just realised you have been deducting $1 from my credit card each month when my mobile number has been inactive. This is ripping users off when I never allowed you to deduct a monthly fee??!

 

There is no option on your webpage that allows me to cancel my card details or cancel my account.

 

So if 1000 users do not realise they are being ripped off $1 a month, you get $1000 a month for inactive mobile numbers??!!

I want to cancel my autodebit or mobile number!!
