Would I get penalized if I upgrade my NBN plan now, but decided to downgrade later on?

I've just migrated from ADSL2+ to NBN12 plan with an 18 months contract.

At the moment, I'm on an NBN12 plan.

I'm thinking of upgrading it to NBN50.

What I'd like to know is, if later I decided to downgraded it back to NBN12, would I be penalized for making such downgrade to the plan that I was originally on when I started using NBN, and if so, where does it say in the T&C.
