Hi there,

I've received a text message saying, 'your data is now barred as you have insufficient prepaid balance'. My plan is automatic debit and bill was paid 2 days ago. I tried to call you and was waiting for around 40 minutes. It's been really frustrating. Please look into this urgently.

Thanks for raising this to us, I would love to help see the status of the Mobile Service,  to better understand the situation, drop me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
