Is it possible to get a notification of an upcoming bill payment before that date to the direct debit.

This would be extremely useful to get  so to make sure the funds are available for the payment to go without issies.

Hi @robert2267, 

We usually do not send email or SMS notification for payment reminder. We encourage you to take note of your debit date which is a week in advance prior to the start of the new billing cycle. You can log in to your TPG My Account and check on the Account Statement or Tax Invoice tab to see as to when the monthly invoice gets generated.
