Is anyone responding to account emails? I've requested to cancel my account over 3 business days ago and have yet to receive a non automated response. I've given 30 days notice, and I've been a loyal tpg customer for 5 years. I'm moving property to a location where TPG is not available and I would like to cancel my account.
