I have been a loyal customer of TPG and wish to remain so. When i changed my plan i was sent a new modem and was told after first payment of 49.99 the amount would reduce even further to 45 a month because of the time i have been with TPG  This was good news to me as i am a widow and on a one person pension. As time has gone by, i am still being charged 49.99 i rang up today could not be helped asked to speak to a manager and was cut off this was not satisfactory
