cancel my service

I would like to cancel all my plans on TPG ASAP so that can stop to deduct money from my account. Because I m leaving from Australia for while.
Here is my information

And I can not answer any phone call.Because I m not in Australia now, So that please contact me via Email
Help me cancel it please, thank you.
