connection issue

they doesnot care about anything . I waited for 6 hours trying to get connected with customer service and till 12am till that time they show their member is dealing with anothe customer after that they show their closing and working hour and another days also same thing couldnot connect with them . I think i need to cancel the service from them choose another provider .
