I have contacted TPG last week with the problem that my mobile phone was not receiving or able to send calls. The technician went through a number of checks and said it was possibly a sim card problem or a problem at your end. He told me to contact TPG today (Monday) if there was no rectification at your end and that I would need a new sim card.
