I recently spent 72 hours with no Internet due to an "outage" blamed on NBN. I'm sure TPG will be seeking compensation from NBN so my question is when may I expect to be compensated in turn?

My apologies for the previous service disruption that you've encountered. I reviewed your case and from what I gathered, you reported the downtime on Nov 29 which was then raised to our Monitoring Team. Your service was affected by a maintenance/upgrade done by NBNCo on their Fixed Wireless towers.
