unable to update payment details via my accounts page on tpg page, each time i tried to update, and process payment, it returns payment failed and still shows the old credit card details. i have tried for several hours this afternoon, and the details would not update. please assist.

I'd like to have one of our Account Specialists contact you to help us update the payment details on 'My Account' please send me a Private Message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time.

have you tried changing it from here mate: https://myaccount.tpg.com.au/payment-details
this is getting ridiculously difficult, i have updated the payment details several times, i have tpg deducting $1 each time i update the payment details, and still the payment fails. i have also tried to PM the preson on the TPG community who suggested they can help, and still no response, what a waste of my time. and next time you ask someone to Private message you, why don't you just private message me in the first place??!!
just seems like you guys are rebounding the responsibility. i mentioned i cannot call TPG cos my mobile service is turned OFF by TPG. there is something wrong with your payment system, and you should fix that first rather then asking people to try these different methods and wasting our time. i've wasted 3 hours trying to fix this, and so good luck TPG.
