100gbps superfast plan yet 6mbps download speed

Hello, 2 days ago we upgraded to the superfast 100mbps internet plan, yet we are still stuck on the same speed as the original (6-10 mbps), have tried restarting the router and directly plugging the ethernet into devices. Please let me know what else we can try. Thanks
