12hour plus outage

Elwood NBN down and no information on TPG site anywhere! The whole suburb has been down since 21:30 last night. Be nice if TPG posted outages for subscribers and estimated downtime. Does this qualify for any restitution? Guess not as TPG alwayd blames "Schedulued maintenance" and posts a Green status on EVERY issue. Do you reckon this one's worth posting and given a Yellow or Red one when it gets over 18 hours???

We apologise for the inconveneince.  There is no reported issue in Elwood, we'd love to help see what happened with the service. We tried to use your Community details unfortunately it does not show any matching records.
