After checking the cancellation letter by TPG, I think this is ridiculous. I've been with TPG for over 9 years. I also have landline which I seldom used. So I paid 1 month service fee in advance, and around $15 phone deposit. Ended up I will be charged additional $8.38. I thought I still can use TPG internet before the 30 day notice date which is Feb 4th, but acutally my pppoe does not work as soon as I've got the cancellation letter. I advice people be ware of TPG services. You'd better off not using them.
