4G Red LED - Weak Signal - Home Broadband

Hi,

 

The 4G led is showing red or weak signal on the TP-Link modem/router that was provided by TPG as part of the 4G Home Wireless Broadband.

 

Is there anyway to improve this weak signal strength? I havn't yet attached the antenna to the back of the modem/router.

Welcome to the community!

 

Thanks for raising this to us, It is best to try relocate the modem/router to check if it will get stable 4G signal, You may also relocate the device where it can possibly get a good reception. 

 

Once the modem/router is relocated, I suggest to monitor the service for 12-24hrs if the issue still persists try to move it on a different location and do same things.
