50NBN plan - slow upload limited to 0.8 like others.

I am currently at a premisis with 50NBN TPG plan, the issue being, it has its upload capped to 0.8 via ethernet or WiFi 2.4/5. The upstream indicated on the modem is 50kbps so it appears it limited either by old firmware or something with you guys. I have looked at a dozen threads with similar problems over the years, which is strange its still a common issue.
