5G Full signal available but internet disconnected

Does anyone know a remedy for this? For the 5G home broad brand connection we have 3 to 4 bars (full) of signal. But 2/3 times a day the internet becomes not available. When we log into the router it shows: Internet Connectivity Status: Disconnected. And we have to restart the router again to make it work. Why is this happening and how to fix this?
