5G Home Broadband not activated

I received my 5G modem and sim yesterday but it wasn't activated and my account still says "waiting for hardware dispatch". I called TPG and an operator said she sent a request for service activation and I should be waiting for an sms informing me when the service is activated. But I haven't received any sms since then and my service is still not activated.
