5G Home Broadband randomly got very slow

I’ve had 5G home internet for a couple of months now, and up until a few days ago it had been great. However all of a sudden, for no clear reason, it has become useless (I’m talking < 1 Mbps download speeds). I’ve done all of the troubleshooting tips the device is showing 3-4 bars and is on 5G. However, it is just so slow via both wifi and Ethernet. Please help! I have tried to call but have been unable to get through and need a solution fast
