Get online support
I have been experiencing drop outs at what seems to be scheduled times. 6.20am 1.30pm and 9.20pm.
i've had a new modem sent out to me but it was the exact same one as the one it replaced sagemcom 5866T so the problem is persisting.
i have searched the community forum and seems like people has found success turning off IPv6, but that seems to be not possible with the sagemcom modem.
Who do i talk to, to get a Nokia modem or one that can disable IPv6?
