Using your community details, I was able to check your account. Based on the records, the installation should have been done on June 15, however, it's still not tagged as completed by Telstra.
I have escalated this to our Provisioning Team. Please expect a call tomorrow (June 17) between 1-2PM VIC from one of our Provisioning Case Managers to provide you an update.

However, since your service is still not working, our Helpdesk Team has escalated the issue further to our Engineering Team for further investigation.
