Over the last month i have been experiencing a lot of drop outs everyday, nothing has changed or been added or removed at home. I live in a unit along with other people in the building, my ultimate assumption is that there is probably an issue with the phone line that is creating the drop outs everyday.
Please run a service test or check up.

I can see that you were already assisted by both our Technical and Engineering Teams earlier today. As discussed with you we'll be sending a TPG technician to investigate the cause of the dropouts and assist with the repair. You'll be notified via SMS or phone call as to the appointment schedule.
