Please help me solve this problem: from last week, it is very hard to get online. from the day before yesterday, no internet at all.
I tried reboot the moderm, tried re-log-on in the moderm. still does not work.
I have been with TPG more than 9 years, these problem never happen.

Have you perform the troubleshooting on the ADSL sevice
