ADSL disconnection

Hi There,


I have been informed about ADSL disconnection on April 10 in my area and trying to get in contact with TPG for a couple of weeks. I replied "yes' on teh SMS I received for a switch on NBN but didn't get a call. Now I have been trying for last 2 weeks to get info through the chat option but can't get through.


I'd like to know if the disconnection in my area will be delayed due to current situation or, if not, I can still change to NBN.
