ADSL doesn't work, new NBN wont connect, can't contact support for 3 days

Hi

 

As the subject line suggests, having some issues with no internet. Can't get a hold of TPG. Absolutely USELESS! 

 

When try to take a look into the backend of their Live Chat page I see there is reference to livechat.iinet.net.au. Further research suggests the Live Chat teams are one and the same. iinet responded to me, but then tried to transfer me to TPG tech support and no response since then. Might be worth others giving livechat.iinet.net.au a try - it's the only thing I can suggest apart from launching a complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman (tio.com.au). 

 

3 days I've been trying. I don't really expect a resolution from posting here. Just an opportunity to express my bitter resentment around being a 'customer' of TPG and to call them out for their pathetic 'service'.

Could you advice what type of service is?
