ADSL keep on disconnection every 5 to 10mins

my internet become unstable this few days. it keep on disconnect and reconnect.

can you please check whats going on with it?

i had try to restart the whole network, modem router and computer. and also check the log in router, the log shown the WAN is down for some reason.
