It's very strange, the new modem is still attempting to connect to our server using an incorrect username and password.
Are you able to PM us the username and password you are using to configure the equipment?
Hi @chrisjyoon, we can see that our Technical Team has been in touch and the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team.
They have identified an issue with the line causing the service disruption.
The team is closely monitoring this case and the case engineer will contact you as soon as a new update becomes available.
