I moved into a new apartment in Sydney more than a month ago and the ADSL speed has been terribly slow, less than 1Mbps.
I had raised an issue Ticket number # 10145261 and was given a report that it is faulty wiring/socket inside the apartment.
I got an electrician to come and check the wiring and sockets and even replaced the socket. And he said, there's abosolutely nothing wrong with the wiring.
However, there's no improvement in the speed.
I work from home reguarly and need a better connection speed desperately.
Would you please fix this?
