ADSL stopped working 2 hours ago

I cannot connect to my internet

i restarted my router my internet light is on

but netwrk error

 

Th eonline support is horrible - Billing and Customer Service

they ditched me three times after waiting queue for a long time

they refused to answer my questions and just keep quiet so you hav eno choice but to end

 

This is the worst online support ever

If i cannot get my internet started today - i have to cancel my service
