I have been with TPG for 3+ years with an ADSL2+ connection. In the past month the internet has been dropping in and out every day.
We constantly have to reset the modem router (TP Link). This re-connects the internet for about 20-60 minutes until it drops out again.
It is very frustrating and often when the connection is online the speed is slow.
Can you please help?

We experience drop outs on laptops, apple tv / netflix and mobile phones. We don't use the phone line/it's not connected to a phone.
We have tried restarting the modem, turning off the modem, waiting a minute and turing it back on again, checking the power cords and telephone line cords.
